HT-IQT Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
Introduction of silicon pressure sensor:
HT-IQT is a flush diaphragm pressure sensor with a highly stable high temperature diffusion silicon chip. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium.
