V is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with a constant voltage power supply and an output control of 10mv/V. It uses the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon to accurately measure liquid and gas pressures.V silicon pressure sensor is only 15 mm in diameter, belongs to the exquisite type pressure sensor. 1. In the assembly to pay attention to the core shell size and transmitter to cooperate, in order to achieveAirtight requirement
2. During the assembly of the housing, ensure that it is vertically aligned and evenly applied pressure to avoid jamming or damage to the compensation plate.
3. If the tested medium is not compatible with the core diaphragm and housing material (316L), special instructions should be provided when placing the order.
4. Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm by hand or sharp object to avoid deformation or puncture of the diaphragm and damage to the core.
5. Keep the pressure inlet of the negative pressure chamber of the gauge pressure sensor open to the atmosphere to prevent water, water vapor or corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber of the gauge pressure core.
