The HT12 silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is a highly stable diffusion silicon element packaged using advanced TO8 packaging technology. The non-oil-filled core eliminates profile errors and significantly enhances the stability of the small range, making it particularly effective for measuring dry non-corrosive gas pressure.
