BPHT24 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of flush diaphragm pressure sensor :
BPHT24 flush diaphragm pressure sensor transmitter uses a flat membrane structure. The pressure transmitter uses a corrugated membrane to directly feel the pressure. The sensor's flat diaphragm prevents fouling, unsanitary and sticky liquid clogging. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight and good long-term stability, and is widely used in food, medicine, health and wine industry.
Flush membrane type pressure sensor elastomer adopts imported material, diaphragm isolation technology, test head without pressure hole, integrated structure design, there is no viscous medium blockage in the measurement process.

1. When selecting the product, please ensure that the tested medium is compatible with the contact part of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering a transmitter with LCD or LED display head, the power supply of the transmitter should not be less than 20VDC.
4. To ensure the reliable operation of the product, it is recommended that the user in the field installation of lightning protection devices, and to ensure that products and power supply reliable grounding.
5. The rated operating temperature range of fluorine rubber O-ring is -20℃~ 250℃.When the product operating temperature is lower than -20℃, it is necessary to choose EPDM O-type seal ring.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m and there are three kinds of materials to choose from. If there are no special instructions, polyethylene cable materials can be used.If you require a different cable material, please indicate it in the order.
7. In case of special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous impact force, strong electromagnetic or RF interference, please inform us and indicate in the order.
