Introduction of temperature indicator transmitter:
BT93420 temperature indicator transmitter adopts a dedicated temperature module, which can perform linear correction on various types of thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and output standard analog signals. It features high accuracy, good stability, strong anti-interference capability, water resistance, explosion-proof design, high temperature resistance, and shock resistance. It can be integrated with control systems to enable automated temperature control and monitoring.
The working principle is based on the resistance variation characteristics of the PT100 temperature sensor. The PT100 is a temperature sensor based on a Platinum resistance material, and its resistance value changes with temperature. In general, the resistance value of PT100 increases with the increase of temperature and decreases with the decrease of temperature.
