Introduction of differential diffused silicon pressure sensor:
HT20V is a differential pressure sensoris a differential pressure sensitive device isolated by stainless steel double corrugated diaphragm. Precise measurements are achieved by isolating the diaphragm and filling the silicone oil to the silicon pressure sensitive element. The sensor adopts the international advanced silicon pressure chip with high stability and high precision, and adopts the sintered base designed by stress optimization. The production process of the sensor includes: patch, gold wire bonding, film welding, high vacuum oil injection, pressure circulation stress relief, high temperature aging, temperature compensation, etc. The shape, size and sealing method of the general products are consistent with the international mainstream products of the same kind, and the interchangeability is good. They are widely used for differential pressure and level measurement in 316L stainless steel compatible media.
