BPHT24-III Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of flush diaphragm pressure sensor :
The BPHT24-III fllush diaphragm pressure transmitter uses the HT series flat diaphragm silicon diffusion core as the signal measuring element. The signal processing circuit is located in the 2088 housing and converts the pressure signal to the standard output signal. Ensure reliable and accurate pressure measurement in a hygienic environment.
BPHT24-III Flush pressure transmitters are suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and other industries. The all-metal plain mounted isolation diaphragm is welded directly with the process joint to ensure the precise connection between the process joint and the measuring diaphragm. Therefore, no additional sealing gaskets are required and no dead zones are measured. The stainless steel 316L diaphragm separates the measuring medium from the pressure sensor, and the process pressure from the diaphragm to the piezoresistive sensor is transferred statically through a hygienically approved filling fluid.

3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring is -20ºC to 250ºC. When the product's operating temperature is below -20ºC, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials. If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable material. If you require a different cable material, please specify it in the order.
7. For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency interference, please inform our company and specify them in the order.
