Introduction of flush diaphragm pressure sensor :
BPHT24 flush diaphragm pressure sensor transmitter with threaded flat film is a commonly used sensor in industrial automation control systems. It can convert pressure signals into standard electrical signals. Its threaded design makes installation very convenient, while the flat film structure provides more stable measurement results. - Please ensure that the tested medium is compatible with the product's contact part before making a selection.
- Note that explosion-proof products do not come with digital display heads when placing an order.
- When ordering a transmitter with an LCD or LED display head, ensure that the power supply is not less than 20VDC.
- For reliable operation, it is recommended to install lightning protection devices in the field and ensure proper grounding of the product and power supply.
- The rated operating temperature range of the fluorine rubber O-ring is -20℃ to 250℃. If the operating temperature is below -20℃, please choose an EPDM O-ring.
- The default cable length is 1.5m, and there are three cable materials to choose from. If no special instructions are given, polyethylene cable material will be used. If you require a different cable material, please specify it in the order.
- If there are special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous impact force, or strong electromagnetic or RF interference, please inform us and indicate it in the order.
