BP9325 Silicon Industrial Pressure Sensor I2C Output for Various Applications
Introduction of silicon industrial pressure sensor:
HT19F-I2C pressure sensor uses the HT series silicon piezoresistive oil core developed by our company as the signal measuring element, and the signal processing circuit is located in the stainless steel housing. Convert the sensor signal to a standard output IIC signal. After strict testing and aging screening, the product has stable and reliable performance.

Communication protocol
BP9325 uses the I2C bus protocol to communicate with the outside world. All data communication starts at MSB and the default 7bit I2C device address is 0x78. It is a slave device of the I2C, and the master device can communicate with it using commands in the following formats.

When HT19F-I2C is set to digital output (using the I2C 0xAC command), B[23:0] will be divided into three

When using the I2C command of 0xAC to read the 5 bytes of calibrated data, the temperature information is composed of the last two Sixteen bits of data are provided, and the user can easily convert the T-value into the actual temperature using the following formula The degree value.

Note: The default bridge is 10%~90%, the zero point of the sensor bridge corresponds to 10%, and the full point is correct The value is 90%. The sensor has no temperature output by default. The temperature output needs to be customized.
| Ordering tips |
1. Pay attention to the fit between the core size and the transmitter housing during assembly to achieve the
required airtightness
2. During the assembly of the housing, ensure it is aligned vertically and apply even pressure to avoid jamming or damaging the compensation plate.
3. If the measured medium is not compatible with the core diaphragm and the housing material (316L), special instructions should be provided when placing the order.
4. Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects to prevent damage to the core due to diaphragm deformation or piercing.
5. Keep the pressure port of the gauge pressure core open to the atmosphere and prevent the entry of water, water vapor, or corrosive media into the core negative pressure chamber.
6. If there are any changes to the pin leads, follow the label on the actual core for reference.
