HT19 piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, the main component is a high stability diffuse silicon sensing element. The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transfer pressure from a 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. They feature a variety of pressure connections to allow use in a wide range of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equipment.pressure sensor for use in a wide variety of pressure sensing
