HT26 Diffused Silicon Pressure Sensor Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
Introduction of silicon pressure sensor:
The core of the HT26 silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is a highly stable diffused silicon element. The differential pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm through a 316L isolation diaphragm and sealed silicon oil. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon to measure the pressure of liquids and gases. The HT26 pressure sensor is equipped with an O-ring for pressure sealing, making it easy to install. It is offered in a weldable package or with a variety of threaded fittings such as 1/4 and 1/8NPT, 1/4BSP as well as custom process fittings
