BP93420-IIIFL Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of flush diaphragm pressure sensor:
BP93420 - III - FL pressure transmitter utilizes the HT series resistance silicon membrane oil-filled core as the signal measuring element. Its process connection encompasses the direct welding of the 316L isolation diaphragm and the matching flange, guaranteeing precise pressure measurement. A custom radiator is designed to accommodate high-temperature environments. Within the stainless steel housing, a signal processing circuit converts the sensor signals to the standard output. Components, semi-finished products, and finished products undergo strict testing and aging screening to ensure that the transmitter's performance is stable and reliable.

- 1. Ensure Compatibility: When selecting the product, please verify that the tested medium is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
- 2. Explosion-proof Products: Note that explosion-proof products do not include digital display heads.
- 3. Power Supply for Displays: When ordering a transmitter with an LCD or LED display head, the power supply of the transmitter should not be less than 20VDC.
- 4. Lightning Protection: To ensure the reliable operation of the product, it is advised to install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
- 5. Sealing Ring Selection: The rated operating temperature range of the fluorine rubber O-ring is -20°C to 250°C. If the operating temperature of the product is lower than -20°C, an EPDM O-type sealing ring should be selected.
- 6. Cable Options: The default cable length is 1.5m, and there are three types of cable materials to choose from. Unless specified otherwise, polyethylene cable materials can be used. If a different cable material is required, please indicate it in the order form.
- 7. Special Requirements: In case of special requirements, such as strong vibration, instantaneous impact force, strong electromagnetic or RF interference, please inform us and indicate it in the order.
