The BT93420-I temperature indicator transmitter employs a specialized temperature module or PCB, enabling linear correction for various types of thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). After undergoing voltage regulator filtering, operational amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current, reverse protection, and other circuit processing, it is converted into a linear relationship with temperature, outputting 4-20mA current signals, 0-5V/0-10V voltage signals, and RS485 digital signals. It features high precision, good stability, strong anti-interference ability, waterproof, explosion-proof design, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance. It can be integrated with the control system for automatic temperature control and monitoring.
