HT15V Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
Introduction:
HT15V is a silicon strain gauge pressure sensor, with its core component being a highly stable diffused silicon element. This sensor utilizes the piezoresistive effect of the diffused silicon to accurately measure the pressure of liquids and gases. It converts the pressure signal into a measurable voltage signal. This sensor is widely used in various fields, such as air compressors and refrigeration systems.

- During installation, ensure proper clearance between the core and the transmitter housing to meet the specified airtightness requirements.
- When assembling the housing, maintain vertical alignment and apply pressure evenly to prevent binding or damage to the compensation plate.
- Ensure that the measured medium is compatible with the core diaphragm and housing material (316L stainless steel).
- Do not press the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects, as deformation or puncture may cause internal damage to the core.
- Keep the pressure port of the gauge pressure core open to the atmosphere and prevent moisture, vapor, or corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber.
- If modifications to the pin wiring are required, always refer to the label attached to the actual core for correct connections.
