The HT20 is a silicon piezoresistive differential pressure sensor featuring a highly stable diffused silicon element. The sensing core is enclosed in a 316L stainless steel housing, with pressure transmitted through a stainless steel diaphragm and sealed silicon oil to the sensitive chip. This fully solid-state construction prevents direct contact between the chip and measured media, enabling precise differential pressure measurement even in harsh and corrosive environments.
