The HT24 Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor features a flush diaphragm design with a highly stable diffused silicon chip. Pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through a stainless steel diaphragm and sealed silicon oil, ensuring the sensitive chip never directly contacts the measured medium.
