Product Description
The HT-IQT is a flush diaphragm pressure sensor featuring a highly stable diffused silicon chip. Pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through a stainless steel diaphragm and sealed silicon oil, ensuring the sensitive chip never directly contacts the measured medium. This product's flat diaphragm structure makes it easy to clean and highly reliable, making it ideal for applications in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and hygiene industries.

- Ensure proper fit between core size and transmitter housing during assembly to achieve required airtightness
- During housing assembly, maintain vertical alignment and apply even pressure to avoid jamming or damaging the compensation plate
- Provide special instructions when ordering if the measured medium is not compatible with 316L stainless steel
- Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects to prevent damage
- Keep gauge pressure port open to atmosphere and prevent entry of water, water vapor, or corrosive media
