BP93420-III Pressure Transmitter — an explosion-proof piezoresistive silicon pressure transmitter engineered for reliable measurement of air, water, oil, and other compatible media in demanding industrial environments.
The BP93420-III pressure transmitter adopts the HT series silicon piezoresistive isolation oil-filled core as its signal measuring element. The signal processing circuit converts the sensor signal into a standard output signal. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and finished products, ensuring stable and reliable performance with strong anti-interference capability. The pressure interface is available in a variety of forms to suit different installation requirements.

- When selecting the product, ensure that the medium to be measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
- When placing an order, note that explosion-proof type products do not include digital display heads.
- When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the power supply should not be lower than 20VDC.
- To ensure reliable operation, users are recommended to install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
- The rated working temperature range of the fluoro rubber O-ring is -20ºC to 250ºC. When the operating temperature is below -20ºC, an EPDM O-ring seal should be selected.
- The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials. If not specified, polyethylene cable material is supplied. Specify any different cable material in the order.
- For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous impact force, or strong electromagnetic or radio frequency interference, please inform our company and specify them in the order.
