Introduction of pressure transmitter sensor :

 

The diffused silicon pressure transmitter sensor has a thin film inside, which is made of silicon material. When the measured pressure acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm will be slightly deformed, and there is a series of small resistance on the diaphragm, which is called piezoresistive. When the diaphragm is deformed, resulting in a change in the resistance value of the piezoresistive, the diffused silicon pressure transmitter usually has a built-in bridge circuit. The bridge consists of a plurality of resistors, one of which is piezoresistive. When the piezoresistive changes, the bridge will produce an output electrical signal, by measuring the change of the bridge output electrical signal, you can indirectly know the size of the measured pressure. The output signal can be analog (such as voltage or current) or digital (such as digital code).

1. When selecting the product, please ensure that the medium to be measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.

2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type products do not include digital display heads.

3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.

4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.

5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring is -20℃ to 250℃. When the product's operating temperature is below -20℃, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.

6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials. If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable material. If you require a different cable material, please specify it in the order.
