BPHT24 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of Flush Diaphragm Pressure Sensor:
BPHT24 Flush Diaphragm Pressure Sensor is that the medium pressure directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, so that the diaphragm generates a micro displacement proportional to the medium pressure, so that the resistance of the sensor changes, and the electronic circuit detects this change. The flat film pressure sensor elastomer adopts imported material, diaphragm isolation process, test head without pressure hole, there is no viscous medium blockage in the measurement process, integrated structural design, suitable for chemical coatings, paint, mud, asphalt, crude oil and other viscous media pressure measurement and control.

Ordering tips:
1. When selecting the product, please ensure that the medium to be measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. Select the appropriate material according to the characteristics of the measured medium to prevent the corrosive effect of the medium on the pressure transmitter. If the medium is corrosive, the pressure transmitter of a corrosion-resistant material should be selected.
6. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, it is recommended to calibrate the pressure transmitter regularly. The calibration period can be determined according to the use environment and requirements.
7. Select the appropriate protection level according to the actual requirements. If the equipment will be exposed to wet, dusty or other harsh environments, choose a pressure transmitter with a higher level of protection.
8. Regularly clean the surface of the device to ensure that the cable is properly connected. If abnormal conditions (such as leakage, damage, etc.) are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
