BP93420IB pressure transmitter sensor is the use of piezoresistive effect principle, the use of integrated technology through doping diffusion, along the characteristics of the crystal direction on the monocrystalline silicon sheet, made of strain resistance, constitute the bridge using the elastic mechanical properties of silicon materials, anisotropic micromachining on all silicon materials, made of a set of force sensitive and power conversion detection in one of the diffused silicon sensor.
