- Ensure proper fit between core size and transmitter housing for required airtightness during assembly
- Maintain vertical alignment and apply even pressure during housing assembly to avoid damaging the compensation plate
- Provide special instructions when ordering if the measured medium is incompatible with core diaphragm and housing material (316L)
- Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects to prevent damage from deformation or piercing
- Keep gauge pressure core pressure port open to atmosphere and prevent entry of water, water vapor, or corrosive media
- Refer to the label on the actual core for any pin lead changes
