Ordering tips |
During assembly, ensure proper fit between the core and transmitter housing to meet specified airtightness requirements.
When assembling the housing, maintain vertical alignment and apply even pressure to prevent jamming or damage to the compensation plate.
If the measured medium is incompatible with the core diaphragm or housing material (316L), special instructions must be provided at the time of order placement.
Do not touch the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects to avoid core damage caused by deformation or puncture.
For gauge pressure cores, keep the pressure port vented to the atmosphere and prevent moisture, steam, or corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber.
Always refer to the labeling on the physical core for pin lead connections, especially if modifications have been made.
