The HT26V is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor featuring a highly stable diffused silicon element core. This sensor transmits differential pressure from the measured medium through a 316L isolation diaphragm and sealed silicon oil, utilizing the piezoresistive effect to accurately measure liquid and gas pressures.
