BP93420DII High precision oil filled differential pressure transmitter uses a piezoresistive diffused silicon sensor. It uses multi-point calibration of the sensor's temperature, linearity, hysteresis and repeatability through digital compensation technology.
Digital compensation enhances the performance and reliability of pressure transmitters by leveraging advanced algorithms and digital processing techniques. This results in highly accurate, stable, and customizable pressure measurement solutions for a wide range of applications.
The sensor consists of a silicon diaphragm with piezoresistive elements diffused into it, forming a Wheatstone bridge circuit. When differential pressure is applied across the diaphragm, it causes the diaphragm to deform. This deformation changes the resistance of the piezoresistive elements, unbalancing the Wheatstone bridge. The resulting voltage output is proportional to the differential pressure applied.
